“I grew up in Los Angeles raised by a devoted single mother. When I was twelve years old I was lucky enough to be introduced to the Ocean and surfing where I found the father-figure/mentor I sought in the largess of the surf and the surf community. I've spent over forty years developing a relationship with the Ocean, traveling all over the world surfing and learning from different people and cultures. Today I am dedicated to sharing my passion, knowledge and experience with the community I live and work in here in Malibu, teaching kids and adults to surf and develop a strong relationship with and understanding of the Ocean for life.”
